Pickup is strictly available for URGENT orders of Soursop products only

To arrange an urgent pickup:

1. Call our warehouse on 021 0247 2893 to book a timeslot (usually between 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM on working days).
2. An urgent processing fee of $7.85 will apply to all urgent pickup orders.
3. If your urgent online order is under $60, the $7.85 flat shipping at checkout will serve as the urgent processing fee charge.
4. Please leave a note in the delivery instructions if you prefer to collect your urgent online order.

All other orders will be dispatched via courier only.

We are a warehouse operation, NOT a retail storefront. For safety and efficiency, we cannot accommodate walk-ins or non-urgent pickups. Allowing this would require front-of-house staffing, increasing operational costs and ultimately product prices.
