Excellent customer service

When my package arrived I found that I had black rice instead of the 2 bags of tri-colour rice. I phoned up explaining the mistake and I was planning to use the rice for a party dish that weekend so wasnt hopeful on getting the replacement in time as I live rurally. However it must have been put on a special courier as it arrived the next day and I was also allowed to keep the original rice which I appreciated not having to sent back. I will definitely be making regular orders with Ceylon Kokonati as they have a range of unique foods and the customer service could not have been better.
