  1. Place 50g dry mix in a bowl
  2. Add 150ml water and mix using a stick blender or whisk until smooth
  3. Slowly add 20ml oil while blending to finish the batter
  4. Apply a small amount of oil to a nonstick pan and turn to medium heat
  5. Add batter to heated pan and allow to cook until outer edges start to set.
  6. Then fold batter for an omelette or chop with a spatula to get scrambled egg

So so flavour

Great to see vegan egg option. I thought these might be a bit better than what I have already made but it's just the same, ingredients, chickpea flour and black salt.

Thank you for your feedback! Sorry, the vegan eggs were not as good as you expected them to be. Chickpea is currently the only suitable alternative ingredient to make scrambled eggs with until something closer in flavor comes up. Personally, I tried adding some drained corn kernels and they lifted the flavor up so much! Looked more like yolk too. Eating is definitely sensory for the eyes too :) We do hope that this has not put you off trying the other vegan alternatives we carry - they're definitely worth a try!
