Didn't get what was advertised

Everything came fast and well, got the konjac five pack but I only received 1 fettuccine, 2 noodles and 2 rice. It's advertised with one of each including angelhair and spaghetti. I wish I would've been informed that I wasn't getting those since I was specifically looking forward for the angel hair.

Sincere apologies Keannah. The manufacturer has discontinued those lines of product. What is available online is remnants of the older stock. Whis is why we made up your order qty with double of the noodles and rice. We have now removed the angle hair and spaghetti lines from our listing too. Very sorry for the inconvenience caused.

Sorry, I couldn’t get past the chemical smell.

Hey Deborah, we do knwo the smell you mean. However it is NOT a chemical smell. It is the smell of konjac root that the packed in water has absorbed. This is why the konjac product ( noodle/ rice etc) needs a good rinse before making it ready for the table. Hope that info helps!
