Uses
Easy to use in vegan fillings, sandwiches, salads, and wraps. Just drain the vegan scallops, and toss in a heated pan with a little roasted curry powder and amino glaze for dark and spicy scallops! Alternatively, add boiled & lightly mashed potatoes and sauteed green onions or green leaks to make a healthy vegan seafood pie filling.

Mushroom 30.58%, water, capers, seaweed, salt, citric acid.
Storage
Keep in the pantry, away from sunlight and dampness. Once opened, cook or consume all the product. Store, stir-fried and further prepared/ cooked vegan scallops in the refrigerator on cooling for up to 3 days
